Welcome to Northern Virginia’s wildest night of Comedy.
Seriously...when improv meets sketch at a stand-up Comedy club, anything can happen.

Cast Members
(Or the reasons we can't have nice things)

Since November 2024
Rose Bailey
Rose is from Herndon, VA, and has been doing improv since elementary school. Nothing makes them laugh quite like a dumb joke, abstract and surreal comedy, or a funny animal falling over. In their free time, they like to watch anime, play D&D, and go thrifting.

Since February 2023
Katie Bull
Katie is a Northern Virginia native who enjoys pretending to be other people for money, but more often than not does it for free. She studied Theatre and Art History at VCU, and has appeared locally with RCP, DHTC, MCP, STC, and the Paragon Philharmonia. She can currently be found writing about herself in the third person.

Since December 2024
Jackie Cheng
If Jackie was a pastry, she would be an egg tart: a crumbly crust but sweet, soft, and mellow center. Also she is yellowish. She enjoys being a mom, painting her nails, and scuba diving. She cannot play poker or American football well. She is excellent at navigating in small spaces.

Since July 2020
Hannah Coyne
Hannah found her way to comedy after getting her first therapy bill and thinking, "there must be a better way". She enjoys finding the humor in life's darker moments, isn't afraid to make a pun (or 12), and truly believes laughter is the best medicine. When she's not on stage, she can be found playing farm simulator video games, and hanging with her dog- her biggest fan and critic.

Since October 2025
Kyla Davila
Kyla is from Haymarket, VA. She holds a CSC in Theatre from Northern Virginia Community College. She has taken Classes with Reflex Improv in the Washington DC Metro area since May 2024.

Since January 2026
Cyris Herrera
Cyris is from Fairfax, VA. They have been doing improv since middle school. They are a theater education major at GMU. They love improv and love the impact it leaves!

Since May 2021
Trace Hollenbeck
Trace is from St. Louis, Missouri but was raised in Herndon, Virginia. He thinks the funniest part of improv is getting caught off guard and doing your best to react to what’s unfolding with a strange face. Trace is also a barista and major coffee nerd! Ask him coffee questions he definitely might have an answer!

Since December 2025
Tommy Maxson
Tommy was born and raised in Herndon, and has been doing improv since middle school. He’s currently a theatre student at George Mason University, and is always looking for more ways to be involved with theatre.

Since October 2019
Samantha Mitchell
Samantha joined Dark Horse in Spring 2019 and has been joyfully causing theatrical mayhem ever since. A longtime member of Calamity, she’s learned to embrace the beautifully messy moments of improv and life. When she’s not performing, she’s unintentionally improvising her way through adulthood with the same energy she brings to a scene: a ridiculous amount of heart and zero shame. After serving overseas in the U.S. military, she’s back with grit, humor, and a vocabulary best reserved for trusted company.

Since October 2025
Brandon Moon
Brandon grew up outside Chicago and has been in Fairfax since 2008–so he’s basically Suburban Obama. Despite being old as the hills by Calamity standards, Brandon is actually a tiny little improv baby. He gets off on the kind of comedy where you are only pretty sure that someone is joking. What a sicko! If you want any more personal info, he says to come talk to him after a show. A show that you paid for. With money.

Since October 2025
Isabel Nemati
Isabel is a DMV-based improviser, theatre educator, and sometimes voice actor. Growing up in Northern Virginia, she was fortunate to feel supported and validated in her theatrical pursuits. She is passionate about giving children access to the skills and opportunities that theatre provides. Fresh out college and ready to take on the world, that is all there is to know about Isabel...for now.

Since September 2018
Natasha Parnian
Natasha is an improviser and director specializing in high-stakes characters and higher-stakes secondhand clothing choices. On stage, she instigates moments that bond her team through the collective realization that there is no turning back; off stage, she cannot choose what to make for dinner. Natasha is 10% talent (or prestidigitation-you decide), 90% unbridled enthusiasm, and 100% unsure if her homeschooled kids are learning math or just "yes-anding" their way out of long division. She spends her free time lecturing her chickens and potbelly pig on the finer points of long-form improv...however, her pig usually falls asleep during the opener, proving he has ZERO respect for The Harold AND her artistic pursuits.

Since December 2025
Hanah Wooten
Hanah is a musician, music director, educator, and performer. She teaches middle school so in theory, she's good at improv.
Special Guest
Stand-Up Comedian Monica Daly
Monica is an Army veteran who grew up in Northern Virginia and just moved from back Indiana. She started doing comedy with the Armed Services Arts Partnership (ASAP) and is not only part of the teaching cadre in their Comedy Bootcamp but a member of their Alumni Board. She has performed at StandUpNY, on the Millennium Stage, Helium Comedy Club, and the DC Improv.
