Audition Skill Studio (ages 10 and up)

8 Week session runs July 13-August 31.

Audition Skill Studio is designed for young actors ages 10 and up who want to walk into the audition room feeling confident, prepared, and ready to stand out. This focused, practical class teaches students exactly how to approach auditions with clarity, intention, and strong performance choices.

Students will work on cold reads, monologues, character interpretation, slate technique, and callback preparation while learning how to take direction and make adjustments in real time. Emphasis is placed on making bold, specific choices that bring material to life and help casting teams see each performer’s unique strengths.

Beyond technique, students will build confidence, reduce audition anxiety, and develop the professional habits that lead to successful auditions, like focus, preparation, and adaptability. They’ll learn what it means to “own the room” while staying grounded, present, and authentic.
